The staff were amazing and very helpful. We booked with the other location but our driver took us to the airport location. They were very helpful to make the reservation transfer without penalty. Food in the restaurant was really good.

This was a one night stay prior to being picked up to be taken to a cruise ship for the Panama Canal. Everything was just fine until we discovered we were in the wrong Crowne Plaza. THERE ARE TWO. We, along with six others on the tour got the wrong place. Absolutely no fault of the hotel. It was downtown and really very nice. Staff very nice.

The location was on point - not too far from the airport, close to stores and restaurants, easy access to the Causeway to take pictures at the Panama sign and enjoy a leisurely stroll as you look out at the ocean.

The A.M. staff was the best. Made a mistake and booked the wrong Crowne Plaza hotel in Panama city. There was no problem with getting my reservation changed to the right hotel by the airport. 5 stars!!!

Staff was amazing and very helpful. My luggage was "lost" and staff assisted me with locations to buy what I needed. The restaurant meals were very good.
